REFUND POLICY

For all intents and purposes of this documentation “We”, “Our”, and “Us” statements refer to MiLLYJaWN Studio LLC and “You” and “Your” statements refer to the customer/consumer/client.

FOR ALL PRODUCTS:

Within 24 Hours of the Purchase Date:

You can cancel your request and be refunded 100% of your payment.

Refunds can take up to 30 days from the submission date to process so bare with us.

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE CATEGORIZED CLOTHING/APPAREL :

After 24 Hours but before 21 days past the Purchase Date:

If you are requesting a refund due to an error in sizing, printing, or due to damaged product, we will replace your product.

Submit a ticket with pictures of the problem. If your claim is approved, you will be required to return your defective item

to our main mailing address.

If you need a refund for any other reason we will be able to provide you store credit for 80% of your purchase or refund you directly 50% of your purchase.

Over 21 Days past the Purchase Date:

We do not accept returns or do refunds for any product over 21 Days from the purchase date. We are a small company that makes products to order. We do not have the space or means to restock large quantities of products.

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT CATEGORIZED CLOTHING/ APPAREL :

Over 21 Days past the Purchase Date:

We do not accept returns or do refunds for any product over 21 Days from the purchase date. We are a small company that makes products to order. We do not have the space or means to restock large quantities of products. We also do not have a means to recoup the time spent on creating, handling, and shipping your product.

FOR DIGITAL CONTENT:

Within 48 hours from the date of payment for a digital product you can request a refund for any reason and MiLLYJaWN Studio LLC will provide a full refund UNLESS you've paid for express delivery and your project is completed within 48 hours of payment. 

​Within 7 Days of the delivery of your digital product, if you are dissatisfied with the work for any reason , you can submit a ticket with your concerns and your desire for a refund if needed.

After review, you may be eligible for up to a 30% refund or a store credit of up to 40% of your payment.

Any request for a refund after 7 days have passed, for any reason, will not be approved or accepted. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Once your order is placed, it can take 1 to 7 days for your item to be made. Once your item is produced, it is standardly 7 - 10 days for it to be shipped and delivered. Depending on the item, we ship using USPS or UPS. 

You will receive updates when your order is in the works, when it is completed, when it is shipped and when it is delivered.

If you do not receive your item after 14 days and have not received any updates regarding the sttus of it's delivery, please reach out to us immediately. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

If we find a history or pattern of purchasing and returning products,

we do reserve the right to decline any current or future refunds requested.

DISCLAIMER:

We are a small company working to expand and become an empire ; an asset to our community. As we expand and have more revenue, we may be able to make changes to our policy so that it’s more lenient. If Any changes or updates are made, we will announce that to keep all of you, our supports, In the loop. If you disagree with our policies, please do not hesitate to reach out but we are not required or obligated to adjust our policies.
